I think I'm going to run a half (maybe full?) marathon at the end of the month, so this'll be a nice way to see if it helps out with my training. (Also maybe kick start some weight loss. I've been flat since the weight I lost in the summer.) Having a non drinking wife helps. Having friends in the neighborhood who always have a cold keg of very good beer on tap doesn't. In.
